- mix all the ingredients except the eggs
- incorporate the eggs whisking one by one, until homogeneous
- Coat a 23cm cake tin with butter and flour so it does not stick, then pour the batter
- Bake in the 180 degree oven until done (30 min approx)
- Once cool down, place a Santiago cross pattern and dust powdered sugar
