- 250 g Ground Almonds
- 250 g Sugar
- 5 Eggs
- 1 Zest from a lemon
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat the oven at 180 Celsius
mix all the ingredients except the eggs
incorporate the eggs whisking one by one, until homogeneous
Coat the cake tin with butter and flour so it does not stick, then pour the batter
Bake in the 180 degree oven until done (30 min approx)
Once cool down, place a Santiago cross pattern and dust powdered sugar
