Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Ground Almonds
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 Zest from a lemon
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven at 180 Celsius
  • mix all the ingredients except the eggs
  • incorporate the eggs whisking one by one, until homogeneous
  • Coat the cake tin with butter and flour so it does not stick, then pour the batter
  • Bake in the 180 degree oven until done (30 min approx)
  • Once cool down, place a Santiago cross pattern and dust powdered sugar
