RECIPE
Preheat the oven at 180C
Mix all ingredients until homogenous (hand or Thermomix (1 min speed 6))
Give the cookies a half moon shape placing them on an over tray covered with parchment paper or a silicone mat
Bake for about 12-15 min or until ready.
