Vanillekipferl (vanilla crescents)

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g Butter
  • 70 g powdered sugar
  • 110 g grated almond
  • 240 g white flour
  • Vanilla sugar to sprinkle

Instructions
 

RECIPE

  • Preheat the oven at 180C
  • Mix all ingredients until homogenous (hand or Thermomix (1 min speed 6))
  • Give the cookies a half moon shape placing them on an over tray covered with parchment paper or a silicone mat
  • Bake for about 12-15 min or until ready.
