Pesto roll-up appetizers
Easiest last minute appetizer, with just two pantry staples, ready puff pastry and pesto sauce.
- Store-bought puff pastry
- Store-bought pesto sauce
- of course you could make home-made too, but this is meant to be a quick one
Extend the puff pastry and cover in a thin layer of pesto sauce.Roll tightly and cut in slices (1 finger thickness)Put them separate on parchment paper on an over tray and bake at 225C, 437F for about 15-20 min or until they are golden.Let them cool down on a rack and enjoy!
