  • 1/2 Spring onion
  • 150 grams Frozen peas
  • 20 g Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Cottage Cheese


  • Add the butter to the pan and once it is is hot, add the chopped spring onion and frozen peas directly
  • When the peas are almost done, poach one egg in water (3 min max for runny yolk)
  • Mix the cottage cheese with a squish of lemon juice and a bit of grated lemon zest
  • Add salt and pepper to the peas, and plate with the cottage cheese and egg on top
