  • 1 kg chicken drumsticks and thighs
  • 1 onion big or 2 small
  • 2 carrots
  • 330 ml beer
  • 3 tbsp olive oil Approx.
  • salt


  • Add a bit of olive oil and brown the chicken. Take it out to a plate
  • Slice the onion and the carrots
  • Fry in a pot with the olive oil until the onions are transparent
  • Add the browned chicken and the can of beer
  • Cover and cook at medium heat for 15-20 min
