Easy Hummus Recipe

Easy Hummus recipe with canned chickpeas

  • Thermomix
  • or Food processor


  • 250 grams Cooked chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Olive oil extra virgin
  • Paprika


  • Put all the ingredients in the Thermomix bowl (or food processor) except from olive oil and paprika.
  • Blend for 1 min at speed 4.5. If it is not smooth enough, bring down from the sides of the bowl, add a bit of cold water or ice cubes and blend again.
  • Put the hummus in a bowl and top with olive oil and paprika
