Easy Hummus Recipe
Easy Hummus recipe with canned chickpeas
or Food processor
- 250 grams Cooked chickpeas
- 1 tbsp Tahini
- Lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- Olive oil extra virgin
Put all the ingredients in the Thermomix bowl (or food processor) except from olive oil and paprika.
Blend for 1 min at speed 4.5. If it is not smooth enough, bring down from the sides of the bowl, add a bit of cold water or ice cubes and blend again.
Put the hummus in a bowl and top with olive oil and paprika
