Pesto roll-up appetizers

Easiest last minute appetizer, with just two pantry staples, ready puff pastry and pesto sauce.


  • Store-bought puff pastry
  • Store-bought pesto sauce
  • of course you could make home-made too, but this is meant to be a quick one


  • Extend the puff pastry and cover in a thin layer of pesto sauce.
    Roll tightly and cut in slices (1 finger thickness)
    Put them separate on parchment paper on an over tray and bake at 225C, 437F for about 15-20 min or until they are golden.
    Let them cool down on a rack and enjoy!
