A very wintery sweet, one of my favorites, and it requires white wine!!
- 100 g lard
- 220 g white flour
- 60 ml white wine
- 50 sugar
- Powdered sugar generous for decorations.
Mix the lard at room temperature, with the flour and sugar.
Add the white wine, mix in well, form into a ball and let it rest in the fridge for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven at 180ºC
Roll the pastry until about 1.5-2 cm thick. Cut with a small round cookie cutter and place on a non stick silicon mat or oven proof paper.
Bake for 15 min, or until they are done. Cool down on a rack.
Once cold, sprinkle generously powder sugar on top (nevaditos need nieve)
